Glazed Orange Bundt Cake

GLAZED ORANGE BUNDT CAKE

Cake:
1 (15.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. orange zest
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. dry orange gelatin powder (powdered Jell-O)

Glaze:
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 cups powdered sugar
Zest & the juice from one orange

Directions for the cake: Mix together all of the cake ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until it's all combined and smooth. Pour mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted close to center, comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, carefully turn out cake onto a cake platter or plate.

For the glaze: Mix together all of the glaze ingredients in a medium bowl with a whisk. Whisk until it is very smooth. Pour glaze over warm (not hot) cake.
